HOW GREENSHOWS™ WAS BORN
When the pandemic shut down the events industry in 2020, we built GreenShows™ to keep it going. Not just for our clients. Not just for our suppliers. For everyone, including the competitors who would normally have been fighting for the same rooms and the same budgets.
We opened the platform to suppliers, customers, and competitors alike. The logic was straightforward: if the industry collapses, winning market share within it is worthless. Both sides had to benefit, or there would be no sides left.
That decision was not a marketing strategy. It was Symbiotic Systems™ applied at an industry level: the same principle that saved a 65,000-acre forest three decades earlier. Design for both sides to win, and the system sustains itself.
GreenShows™ grew from that moment. What began as an act of shared survival has become a full virtual event production service that organizations across Canada now trust for their most important gatherings.

GreenShows™ is not a platform you rent and manage yourself. It is a full-service production: speaker training, backstage support, live facilitation, technical production, and post-event follow-up. Every show is hosted, supported, and designed to feel like a gathering rather than a webinar.

GreenShows™ is not green by name only. Every event we produce is carbon-offset and contributes to reforestation in Canada.

Video serving is carbon-intensive. We offset it at a rate of 1 kilogram of CO₂ per person per hour, calculated for every attendee, session, and event.

Canadian trees planted per event
Every GreenShows™ event contributes to reforestation in Canada. All trees are planted in Canada through verified reforestation programs. Not carbon credit offsets. Actual trees in actual ground.
Trees can be purchased as event gifts, speaker acknowledgements, attendee incentives, and recognition awards. The recipient dedicates their tree in our virtual forest, giving the gift a permanence and meaning that no branded pen can match.
Every tree is planted in Canada and tracked in the virtual forest. Recipients can see their tree, name it, and follow its growth over time.
